"I have called you friends" (John 15:15)
Whether you come to worship services or not, you are welcome to join us for food, fun, laughter and conversation!
The stories about Jesus we read in the Gospels indicate that he enjoyed eating in the company of friends and strangers. At All Saints by the Lake we enjoy one another's company and we like to follow in Jesus' footsteps when it comes to sharing a good meal! From the annual pancake supper on Shrove Tuesday, to potluck suppers, theme dinner events, Men's breakfasts to sherry and shortbread following Advent and Christmas carols, we find time to be together, to listen to one another and to enjoy the gift of life.
Part of the proceeds from ourCaribbean Dinner, (banner photo) were given to Communitas, an organization which works toward the successful reintegration of those who have spent time in prison and to St Michael’s Mission.
